Orders

How to track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and instructions on how to track your package. You can use this tracking number on our website or the shipping carrier's website to monitor the status and location of your order.

How do I cancel or change my order?

Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order placement. Send us an email within 24 hours and let us know the reason why you wish to cancel your order. All refunds will be process within 24-48 hours before the fund reflects on customer’s bank account.​

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, there may be some exceptions due to customs regulations or shipping restrictions. During the checkout process, you can verify if we ship to your country by entering your shipping address. Refund & Exchange

What is your return policy?

Our policy is valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of the purchase. We do not offer refunds however you can return the product for an exchange. If the period of 30 days has lapsed since the purchase, we can't, unfortunately, offer you an exchange.

Exchange requirements

The following criteria must be met to qualify for an exchange:

  • The product is defective.
  • Product must be in original packaging.
  • Product must be unused.

To ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue an exchange. Perishable goods are completely exempt from being returned.

Proof of purchase

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase. Please note that without proof of purchase, we will not do an exchange.

Sale and clearance items

Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale or clearance items cannot be exchanged.

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs regarding the items that you wish to exchange. We will not refund the shipping costs. You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject an exchange.

Are your products FDA approved?

Dietary supplements are regulated by the FDA. However, The FDA doesn’t *approve* dietary supplements or ingredient claims the way that it does with pharmaceuticals.

We conduct necessary safety and quality assurance in accordance with these requirements which include manufacturing of our dietary supplements in a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) certified factory. These regulations also include the requirement to test batches to ensure what is stated on the label is aligned with what is in the formulation. We also test each batch for microbes, allergens and heavy metals, and we perform periodic tests for pesticides and other contaminants, ensuring all are below levels deemed safe by the FDA’s current Good Manufacturing Practices.

Do you test your products?

Yes, we do! Every batch of our supplements undergoes thorough testing internally by our manufacturer and externally by an Accredited 3rd Party Laboratory to ensure ingredient identity, purity, strength, and composition. This guarantees that what you see on the label matches exactly what’s inside the product. Additionally, each batch is screened for microbes, allergens, and heavy metals. We also perform periodic checks for pesticides and other potential contaminants, ensuring they all fall below the safety thresholds established by the FDA’s Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Where do you source your ingredients from?

We source high quality ingredients— both synthetic and botanical —locally and from across the globe. Our ingredients are Non-GMO, Vegan*, and free from artificial colors or flavors.
